In 2020 most of the work will get automated and people will be looking for Automations almost for every work to reduce human effort and time and get more work done at a minimal cost.

Let me give you a scenario.

You are a Salon owner and you have a website where you have a Booking Form. Whenever someone fills the Form you get an email and you have to call / Text / Email back to the customers. Sometimes due to so many other emails, you might miss to followup with any of your bookings and hence you lose a customer and you know what a customer means.

A new form is filled, the salon owner gets an email, an automated response will be sent to the one who filled the form and he/she will get added to the CRM / Google sheet or whatever the specific application is used by the owner to record the customer details. On the day of the appointment / or before an hour, a text message will be sent as a reminder to the Customer.


This way it saves time which was earlier consumed in followup with the customers. Similarly, once the work is completed the salon owner can have a feedback from the customers as an image or testimonial video sent as an email to the salon owner which can further be automated and shared across social media saving more time for the Salon owners for social media post.


This is the simplest scenario for automation. Every Industry can save their time in simple copy paste work and can automate it.
